OK. Here's something I find myself in absolute awe of. And that
absolutely no mainstream (or otherwise) news media outlet isn't
screaming themselves hoarse about. We have two scandals in Ontario where
government officials are being accused of "deleting", or "destroying"
government documents. One where where Mayor Magilla Gorilla of Toronto
and his team are accused of "deleting" or "destroying" government
documents and emails. And another that seems like the same scandal
involving the Provincial government. I have no way of know of these
documents have been purposely destroyed or maybe just lost. Meanwhile,
we've recently found out, to our utmost of Orwellian horrors, that our
governments are keeping databases of all our phone calls and emails!
My question to you dear reader and most lovely government. How is that these scandals aren't being discussed together?. If we want ANY communications kept locked and retrievable FOREVER, it's GOVERNMENT communications. I'm not even one these people flying off of Airstrip ONE in the belief that the governments going to start telling me to exercise in my home with more vigor because "they can see you." But then again I've taken the time to try to understand what the program actually is, how it's used and what it's used for. I'm not happy about it. But I'm not happy about ideologically driven death-cults wanting to create a spectacular explosions whenever they get the chance either. Which brings me to my point: I don't trust the fucking government and neither do you. It's just that I trust religious fascists even less! But here's what we do then. We let the government keep their "counter-terror" data bases but we insist that there's one kept on the government too. From Federal right down to municipal. After all, it's more than fair and in my opinion it's more important for us to keep an eye on our elected officials than for them to keep an eye on us.
While we're at it same should go for drug tests...
